Products and reference artwork

MAGICARD supplies made-to-order physical collectible prints from Indonesia. These are fan-made collectibles, not official merchandise or affiliated with the original rights holders. Catalogue references show a design and may differ from the finished print. Minor handmade variations are normal; material defects or discrepancies can be reported under the Refund Policy.

Order requests and payment

Submitting a request does not charge you or confirm availability. We review the selection and confirm the designs, quantities, shipping, final amount and payment instructions by email or Instagram. Check these details before paying. The website does not process payments. Prices and shipping shown before confirmation are estimates, and the final invoice records the confirmed currency and total.

Production and delivery

Preparation usually takes 1-2 weeks after confirmation and payment, before carrier handoff. Delivery time is separate. Provide an accurate address and check it before confirmation. Tracking is shared after shipment. Import taxes, duties and clearance fees are generally the recipient's responsibility unless agreed otherwise. Shipments are declared at the actual value and description.

Use of the website and submitted materials

Provide accurate contact and order details. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or infringing material, or interfere with the website or another customer's order. Only submit images you own or have permission to use. MAGICARD may decline requests that are unavailable or contain unauthorized material. Reference artwork remains the property of its respective rights holders.
